Spring Picnic

                      GRHOG ANNUAL SPRING PICNIC

Pig Roast 5pm - Swimming Pool - Pontoon Rides - Games - Evening bonfire

COST: $5 per person if current GRHOG Member (refunded to you if in attendance at picnic)
COST: $10 per person for Non-Members, non-refundable
Limit 1 guest per current member, Thank you
-Envelopes are available behind the Motor Clothes counter at Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson
Simply place your money in the envelope provided, give to the Motor Clothes employee and they will place in the “official GRHOG saddlebag”
DEADLINE  to have money turned in: Tues, May 3 (pig must be ordered 1 month in advance)

Pig Roast at 5pm, but please feel free to arrive 2:00 or after to socialize!

MESSAGE FROM THE HOSTS:
-Please bring your own towel if you plan on swimming (pool is kept at approx. 86 degrees)
-Bonfire in the fire pit on deck until ???
-For those who desire to camp overnight there is plenty of room to set up tents
-Please bring your own lawn chair if possible

VOLUNTEERS ARE PLEASE NEEDED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
-2 or 3 cutters “butchers” to help with slicing up the pig (stuffed with potato & ***)
-1 or 2 scoopers to spoon out the potatoes and ***
-2 runners to fill serving pans at the banquet tables
-2 set up volunteers
The above volunteers must commit to approximately 1 hour as it is a continuous process to carve the pig. If you are able to volunteer please contact Tom & Ruth:

                      INFORMATION ABOUT GROUP RIDE TO PICNIC

Hello ever one June 4th is the Spring Picnic. We are having a ride leaving the dealership.

Meeting at 11:30 ride leaves at 12:00 the ride will be roughly 2 hours long.

The picnic is at Tom & Ruth Bourdine 7245 Baseline Rd. South Haven
