- Username: This is your unique and active National and Chapter HOG Id.
Nothing else is acceptable!
Username is 9 characters in length. The first two characters are "US". Characters 3 through 9 are numeric. - Name: First name followed by last name (e.g., John Smith).
- Password: What you enter here is up to your discretion.
- Confirm Password: Re-enter your password.
- Email Address: This is a unique email address and cannot be used by another member. No spousal email address sharing.
- Enter the Captcha (stop spam) key words.
- OPTIONAL: address, phone, date of birth.

User Name is your unique National and Chapter HOG Id. Nothing else is acceptable! Your HOG member id. is found on your National and Chapter membership cards. This is the US1234567 account number. You MUST enter an uppercase US immediately followed by the Id number. Do NOT enter a space between the US and the number.
• Only a "US1234567" member Id will work.
• "1234567" is not acceptable.
• "US 1234567" is not acceptable.
